Hi-Bond supplies high-performance bonding products for automotive applications in both internal and external applications.

Examples are the VST®6000 range of acrylic foam tapes for bonding applications emblem/badge mounting, antennae bonding, wing mirror assembly, and tread plates.

Our VST® 7000 series thermal management grades are used in LED light assemblies and backlit tread plates where the thermal properties give excellent protection against hot spots and thermal degradation.

In EV battery production Bondplus® products are used in cell production for taping and insulation of battery terminals, end sealing of Jelly roll, pouch and prism closing. Hi-Porseal® foams and Pyro-Bond® tapes are used for controlling thermal issues in packs/modules reducing hot spots and thermal runaway issues.
